I love my Mom and all Moms I know. I'm envious of them too. Every Mother's Day that has gone by while trying to become a mother I think next year I will celebrate with my child. After five long years, I know that next year I really will celebrate with my child. Knowing that helps the wait a little easier to bear.
Two months have passed since I sent my paperwork to Ethiopia. I hope that means I only have four more months to wait for referral. A parent in my online adoption group just got a referral after waiting only 4.5 months, so maybe it will be even sooner.
